Virtual-Led Training

My approach to virtual instructor-led training (vILT) starts with creating an action map to identify the steps learners must take to achieve the business goal. I then curate interactions that highlight adult learning principles, fit the allotted time, and maintain learners' engagement.

The Sales Team's Dilemma

PROBLEM:

Company X is experiencing an increased number of dissatisfied customers. The sales team overpromises and underdelivers when presenting customers with a new product. As a result, the sales division needs a more effective product presentation that does not mislead the customer and cause irreparable damage to the company's image.

SOLUTION:

All members of Company X's sales division are the intended audience for this training.

Training is needed to emphasize the following:

  1. Compose a solution to bad reviews from disgruntled customers.
  2. Identify key strategies for presenting products to customers to avoid deception.
  3. Select the correct solution to prevent misleading customers.

HIGHLIGHTS:

The Sales Team's Dilemma is a virtual instructor led training (vILT) to be created in PowerPoint. The learner will experience a training jam-packed with engaging interactions.

Key moments in The Sales Team's Dilemma training include:

  • polls
  • video
  • sort and matching activities
  • temperature checks
  • Quizizz activity
  • Padlet icebreaker
  • Breakout Room: colleague collaboration with end product using Google Slides
