After my own experience with badly designed eLearning, I was compelled to start my investigation into creating learning solutions for adults that garner authentic and consistent behavioral change. During my search, I found a group of experts who provided the tools I needed to get started in the field of instructional design.

When faced with design challenges, I discovered there are frequently straightforward solutions and multiple approaches to even the trickiest problems. Because of this idea, I realized that instructional design is about solving problems and working systematically to find solutions that meet both instructional and business needs.

With the help of this essential knowledge, I expanded my understanding of adult learning theories, which serves as the template for each published deliverable. Utilizing ADDIE, I have designed and developed eLearning, microlearning, Virtual Instructor Led Training (vILT), and Instructor Led Training (ILT) courses. I've learned how to use a wide range of technological tools, and I am certain that I have the knowledge and abilities to help any business find solutions to its training-related problems.
